This is to certify that 16 Nos. (o2 extra Bearings have been used) of Vertical Elastomeric Guide Bearings of size  700 x 450 x 99  mm.  Manufactured by M/s. Construction Equipment Company., Meerut supplied to M/S LARSEN  & TOUBRO LIMITED, ECC CONSTRUCTION GROUP FOR  D.M.R.C. PROJECT OF YAMUNA, NEAR ISBT, vide Supply Order No. Q00010/PR 002746 dated 14.12.2000 have been Inspected by us on 10.02.2001.
  I am very happy to observe that th eIn -House Quality Assurance Laboratory attached  to  M/s.  Construction  Equipment Company.,  Meerut is equipped with  latest testing  instruments and apparatuses (duly calibrated) to meet the Inspection/Testing as per procedure laid down in M.O.S.T. pre-qualification & IRC:83 Part-III take pleasure to place on order that the raw material used in manufacturing, these bearings are as per  the  laid down specification and I also appreciate that  initiative taken by the management  in maintaining  the sound
quality in respect all test laid down in IRC:83 as per level I and Level Testing.
